Although the separate limited liability partnerships are part of the Ogier network, the relevant partnership which is providing the legal advice is solely and exclusively responsible for providing those services.  Unless agreed otherwise the terms and conditions apply to all instructions we receive to provide legal services and apply whether or not an engagement email or letter has been issued.
