Jean joined Ogier in 2016, initially in the Personal Law team, before moving into the Property Law Team where she now specialises in Share Transfer and Flying Freehold transactions.
As a member of Ogier's Property Law Team, Jean specialises in Share Transfer and Flying Freehold transactions. This involves preparing and reviewing share sale agreements, reviewing statutory records of Companies, the records of Associations and reviewing the management of
collective properties.
Before joining Ogier, Jean worked for another leading offshore law firm in Jersey for two years in their personal law department with a focus on family law. Prior to that Jean worked for another family law team for over ten years in both conveyancing and family law.
Jean also has experience in trust and company administration.
Jean is a graduate from Nottingham Law School with an LLB (Honours).
