Ogier advised Lloyds in relation to its provision of a loan facility to Dandara for use in the development of a major new commercial scheme in Jersey creating 160,000 sq ft of office space. Ogier advised the bank on all development and finance related security documentation
including legal title, pre-let agreements, leases, construction documentation, building contracts and collateral warranties as well as planning consents forming part of the property finance security package.
